The Story Behind the Ball

A kid who felt it built the fix

I grew up in Ethiopia kicking a soccer ball on the road with my neighbours. By the end of the day it was always destroyed. Getting a new one wasn't easy. So at 9 years old, I hand-stitched a ball myself — just to understand how it worked. Then I found real suppliers and built my own prototype.

On my 10th birthday, I launched AmaniBall.
